I simply cannot say enough good things about this company, and Leland in particular, they not only met but far exceeded my expectations. Leland clearly explained the timeline, what to expect throughout the process, and patiently addressed any questions and concerns that I had up front; and most importantly he delivered on all of them. The crews showed up as promised, were courteous, respectful of our property, did a beautiful job, and went above and beyond when it came to clean up. Any small issues that arose during the process Leland, who I was always able to reach within minutes, was on it immediately, with people showing up the same day, sometimes within the hour to address and rectify the problem. We have been doing a lot of home renovations in recent years, and I have not had this kind of exceptional customer service, it would be nice if more companies had the professionalism and follow through that, Leland promised from the start and more than delivered on. We absolutely love our beautiful new roof and would highly recommend them!!
