Spoke with Veronica and she was outstanding. She was thorough in explaining the process and how everything would be coordinated. She was very patient in answering our questions. We are more than satisfied with the work they completed on the roof, carport and sunroom. They had a full team that came in the first day and worked from 7.40am till about 8.30pm, removed the old roof and got the preliminaries for the new roof completed. It passed city inspections immediately. It was just completed the day before we received the terrible rains and floods that destroyed the streets of Fort Lauderdale this past week. We would highly recommend Dancon LLC to anyone who needs a roof installed.

We replaced my mothers roof and I couldn’t believe when they told us they could do it within a week specially when you hear stories that it roofers take up to a 6 months to do the job. Well to make a long story short it took them 6 days from the time we singed the contract and the permits from the city until the time they installed a brand new roof with all inspections. Needless to say we recommend this company 100%

I used Dancon LLC to fix a leak at my house and they did an amazing job, I called them for an estimate and they said they will be at my house the next morning and they did, not like other companies, who failed two appointments. I recommend Dancon LLC to anyone looking to work on your roof. Thank you guys so much.

I gave them 3 stars because the first few jobs they did fine. Which is why I reached out to them to give them more work. However their communication is very poor and they took days to respond. When it came to getting their money their response was quick. Not professional, its either you want the work or not.One job they didn't even finish painting the outside. I wouldn't recommend them and I won't be using them again.

They failed every inspection at list twice. My pool deck literally sunken twice within three months. While fixing the sunken floor they broke some marble tiles and did not replace them, I had to find out on my own, also while fixing the floor they ruined some decorative river rocks and also did not replace them. They sprayed the wrong marble sealer and to top it off the marble was dirty. The pool end up costing me 8k more of the original price because they said “we miss calculated “ I had subcontractors knocking in my door asking for money after i have paid the contractor. They ruined my neighbors driveway and never fixed( with a dump truck) The very first day of the excavations they hit a natural gas line. Approximately 30 firefighters and 12 officers closed out the entire neighborhood. I have to spend arround 2k out pocket to clean and repair the marble. Do not hire these people. I took them two years to build a small pool. There is a lot more things that they messed up, list goes on and on
