As our Solatube was originally put in 2009 it needed to have the bottom configured to the standards of today so we could get a new diffuser. The individuals who came to update it where very nice and very courteous of our home. I would highly recommend Daylight Concepts for your upcoming needs. The light that the Solatube puts out is amazing.

A very nice and polite young man came out and installed our unit in about 2 hours. He did an excellent job and even offered to vacuum the carpet that had a bit of insulation on it that missed his drop cloth. Also the staff was great and worked with my wife on selection and scheduling. It brightened up one of the darker rooms in our house and my wife loves it.
