I recently bought a home which had the roof replaced by Danny before I bought it - all I had on my paper from the home inspection was that the whole roof was replaced April of 2024 . Yesterday during all the rain, I found a leak along the wall in the garage that also got into part of the house . At the time , I didn’t know they only replaced the main roof and not the garage roof so naturally I panicked and called the roofing company . To my surprise Mr. Danny answered on a Sunday even though the website said it was closed. He answered and I explained what happened, despite it being a Sunday , Mr. Danny drove straight to my house and was there within 30 minutes and got up into my roof while it was raining to investigate . He explained that the previous owner of the home had the main roof replaced , but did not replace the flat roof over the garage which is of course where the leaking was. He not only found the source of the leak , but he told us how to fix it and exactly what product to buy. He even called around to different stores to see which stores had the product we need in stock and then gave us that information. He did all this completely free of charge! I can’t afford to replace the flat roof now, but at least I can do a temporary fix and when I can afford it , I will definitely be using Mr. Danny at Daytona Roofing to do the work !
