Dean Roofing Company

We had several estimates for a new roof. When Luke arrived and presented his estimate I knew immediately Dean Roofing was the company for us. He presented us with a detailed estimate, varied options and answered all our questions. They did an excellent job with the roof replacement. The install team took great care of our property, kept us informed of the job process and were neat and tidy. We have had other small jobs completed on other projects and we always get the same GREAT service. They are the BEST in the area and I will gladly recommend Dean Roofing to all my friends. My Mom n Dad, and my brother n I lived n Clearwater and were raised there. When my Father replaced the roof on our house he chose the Dean Roofing Co. At that time I was dating an employee, Danny Gordon. He and his brother Patrick were excellent trouble shooters and trusted employees. They came out with a crew and installed a beautiful new green n white gradient colored shingle roof. That was in 1982 or 1983. They sold the house in 1991 and when we visited this past spring we went by to look at the house. It still has the roof they installed. Dean Roofing is the Best in the Bay no doubt about it. Luke was so communicative and professional from start to end. The roofers were clean and tidy while completing the job quickly with a smile. Never had any issues and the roof looks like a million bucks. We had a lot of wood deterioration and Dean Roofs added new wood and took time to do it all correctly.
