Attention to detail was excellent(I’m extremely OCD with trade work, I’m a contractor as well👨🏻‍🔧) Also great communication from Joey our project manager! I reached out to Direct Metal Roofing for a quote. Someone responded immediately and scheduled a time to come out. They showed me options for shingle and metal roofs. Their prices were great and with my good credit, I was able to finance the roof. it ended up saving me over 6000 per year in insurance costs and will pay for itself in just over 2 years. Turn around time was about 8 weeks from quote to roof which was good as the permit office is slow. My 40 year roof looks great and is saving me money...

It seems I'm having similar problems with my 1 year old roof that another reviewer had 5 years ago. Update 3 months later, Direct metal came out twice with Tri County Metals trying to make this a warranty claim. Tri County said it was Direct metal's fault for metal shavings being left on the roof during installation and it voids my 40 year warranty from Tri County. Direct Metal is now ignoring me and hasn't fixed a thing. Take this a a serious warning! Unless you want to basically blow away $30,000 FIND ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY!
