Starling and Rashaud was very professional and they did a very good job. Tomorrow is a holiday, Starling said they would be here Friday to make sure everything has dried. I would recommend them to anyone. Jose and a gentleman did the repair to the wall, did the painting to the wall and this is the really big part.They not only put paper down but, for the path they used to the door and removed the debris, he also swept and MOPPED the floor!!! And installed a vanity to replaced the one that was destroyed.

I hired Disaster Recovery Pros to clean up water damage and mold remediation in my condo. They were wonderful! Polite, caring, on time, and best of all, they new exactly what they were doing. In fact, they were so good that I hired the other part of their company, Disaster Rebuild Pros to do the construction. I am glad that I did. Disaster Rebuild Pros were awesome. Kim, in the office took care of all the details including permitting. She kept me informed and was there to answer any questions. Dwight was my contractor. He kept the job moving, helped me pick out matrials, and made sure I understood the process. Jim and Randy were the craftsman. They made my place look awesome! They were easy to deal with, cared about my needs, and are very skilled. I can not thank them enough. And finally, Mark installed my shower. It's beautiful. Again, he is respectful, caring, and does beautiful tile work. Thank you all so much!

I had an unexpected experience with a pipe breaking under my floor in my ol house. I started smelling mold and discovered mold in three rooms. I contacted Disaster Recovery Pros. And the next day I had two fantastic workers show up Doug and Nick. They went to work and got everything set up to remove the mold. Was very informative helpful and fast within a few hours my problem was being delt with and corrected. I could not have had a better experience than this company and the fantastic employees who service your home. We had a water leak which destroyed our kitchen and our main living room flooring. Disaster recovery pros took an anxiety ridden situation and handled it wonderfully. They helped navigate problems with our insurance and mitigate damages. The initial two individuals who I don’t remember their name who handled our dry out were kind and helpful! The company also remodeled our entire home and we could not be happier. When we ran into issues they handled it immediately and with Grace. They were always on time and the staff became like our second family. Huge shout out to Kim in the office as she went above and beyond in handling everything we needed. Jim and Lou were both absolutely fantastic project managers. They always prioritized what was best for us and constantly had our best interest in mind. Brad was always a joy to work with. Our cabinet contractor Mike did a fabulous job as well as Josh who did our flooring. Carlos did wonderful dry wall and demo work! When we had an issue with the backsplash the tile contractor came back and fixed everything to our satisfaction.
