Downey Roof Repair

Tim knew that we wanted to replace our roof. Tim came to our house a day after we met him, and within two days of that meeting, he had installed a brand new roof! The turnaround time was incredible! The team worked hard to complete the project quickly, while being respectful of our home. Tim had said that they would arrive the first morning at the exact time he told us. They were finished the next day, exactly as he promised. The guys did a great job of cleaning up. There was no construction debris left behind. We are thrilled with how beautiful the roof is. I would highly recommend them. Customer for life!

They did an excellent job! They worked fast (2 days) from the tear-off to adding plywood, shingles and shingles. Even installed new gutter guards! The foreman on the job returned to paint the new flashing in order to match the existing and painted even a small triangle that needed another coat of siding- without charging extra. The clean-up was also good - not perfect, but good. They were chosen because of the good work done by our neighbor. We weren't let down. The price was also excellent!
