We had a leak from the master shower in our rental property that caused ceiling damage below, and we were really worried about moisture and mold. Lindsey was so helpful and immediately got us on the schedule. She had someone out to the property within two hours, which was such a relief. Hunter came out and was incredibly honest and thorough. He walked us through everything and reassured us that the area was completely dry and there were no concerns about mold. This was especially appreciated since other companies had quoted us anywhere from $5–7K for work that wasn’t actually needed. Hunter also gave us recommendations for someone to fix the ceiling drywall, which made the next steps much easier. Lindsey and Hunter were both professional, responsive, and genuinely cared.
