I can't say enough positive things about this company. Josh's communication is exceptional. He took the time to show me things to point out to my adjuster. You can tell he genuinely cares about preventing mold from starting. He also genuinely cares about building long-term partnerships with his customers. Anthony was very professional and considerate of my wife and 2 dogs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hard to find such great customer service anymore but he excels. Much recommend him and his team.

Finding your home flooded is a nightmare. The day that I discovered my parents house flooded while they were out of town was the worst nightmare of my life. Dry Out Pro Plus was there within an hour and a half of calling them. I was extremely emotional because this is my parents home and they were so wonderful especially Terry and Anthony! You guys are rock stars.!!!!!They were there every day working their tails off trying to undo what a burst supply line did to destroy my parents home. They aren’t just a company doing their jobs. They actually care about people and every day Terry and Anthony showed up with a smile on their faces and made this nightmare not so bad. . Josh would call me to check on me because he knew how extremely stressed I was. Daniella in the office would also call and check in regularly. They dried out the house they got rid of all the mold and now my parents will have a safe home to come back to.
