We had a leak under our kitchen sink go undetected for a while and had a mold issue. DryZone came in and took care of the issue. Their construction arm then put everything back together and it looks amazing. They were dependable, thoughtful and efficient. I hope I never have to use them again but not because they weren't phenomenal.

We recently hired DryZone to manage a water leak and mold remediation situation in our condo. Julio immediately answered my initial call and was on-site within 30 minutes to take a look at the issue, do a moisture reading, and make recommendations for remediation. Julio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and competent. He got us a written, itemized quote that same day and got his team to begin work the next day. Mike, Rudy, and Jamie showed up first thing the next morning and took care of our water and mold problem. They were all efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Over the course of the next week doing work on our place, the whole team went above and beyond, and especially Julio—accommodating all of our requests, answering our questions, and making sure the job was done right. Rudy was also essential to managing the remediation with his 15 years of experience doing this work. Monica and Maria in the office have been great as well—very responsive and helpful.
