Duncan Roofs

Recently had an outstanding experience with Duncan Roofing. Very pleased with the job Howard, JT, and JoeJoe did on replacing our old roof… architectural shingles on the pitched roof and hot tar and rolled fiberglass on the flat roof. Customer service was responsive to all my concerns and questions. Thank you very much.

I have never seen a harder working crew than Duncan Roofing’s crew lead by Anthony! They arrived early and worked all day total stripping it down to the Plywood! Over the next 2 days totally replaced everything and all done with the Hand Hammered nails to perfection and what I considered a very Reasonable price! First Picture was the start and Second was the finish. Yes i would Strongly recommend them!

I had needed a new roof for a couple years and spoke with Seth from Duncan roofs. He was super responsive, caring, and made the process easy for us. He was upfront about all the costs and I trust him. We had received estimates from other companies but felt best about Duncan. They use great quality products and our timberline ultra roof looks perfect. They took off and rehung our gutters (which not Very many companies do). They put tarps over all plants and our jacuzzi, and were very clean and did not make a mess. I walked the roof when they were done and there was no mess, everything was perfect! Their team showed up first thing for two mornings with a full crew and tackled the job and made it look easy even though it’s hot outside. Among the many gentleman that were out, John, Avery, and Carl spoke with us when the job was complete, and were very professional and courteous! I couldn’t be happier: if anyone needs a new roof I highly recommend Duncan Roofs!

BEWARE. Their warranty is a not honored and they do not follow code. This company is using multiple google listings. Copy of the original google review to follow, and see the Better Business Reviews for this company. An update, a third party inspector confirmed the use of non galvanized nails and I am investigating legal options as the owner refuses to accept responsibility. Nails on the fascia began rusting after installation of a new roof. This concerned me because it may mean that non-galvanized nails were used to secure my roof. I reached out to Duncan roofing to address this issue on April 12th 2025 and received no response for months as I followed up. I finally get an appointment with Seth Duncan today, July 24th 2025, at 9 am and Seth was a no call no show. I called and was told oops, how about tomorrow. I can’t take more time off work. I will now be hiring a third party inspector to tell me what is going on with my roof. If the visible nails are rusting, who’s to say what’s going on with the others used that I can’t see? Duncan roofs had the opportunity to deal with this for many months but this has gone too far.

Not a very good experience. Had the roof replaced 6 years ago and nothing but problems since. They have been out to repair the roof several times and still leaks. One guy said the slab was leaking😂😂. The slab doesn’t leak for the top of the house. Went to the office and the place was cleaned out. No one in sight. NOT GOOD 😤.
