We woke up on November 13 to water flowing from our laundry room into the kitchen and through the wall into the family room. We called Eagle Restoration of Marion County, and Jen & Pete arrived within 30 minutes. They immediately took over from my husband, who had been trying to contain the mess with a small shop vac, and began the major restoration work. Jen and Pete are consummate professionals with impeccable character. They not only focused on restoring our home but also on supporting us through a very stressful situation. Unbeknownst to me, a leaky window and some plumbing issues in the guest bathroom had caused hidden mold growth in the walls, along with elevated spore levels in other areas of the house. They kept me fully informed and communicated clearly every step of the way. Remarkably, they even came in on Christmas Eve morning to perform critical work, ensuring the project moved forward as quickly as possible without unnecessary delays. From the careful demolition to properly sealing off affected areas, every aspect of the job was handled with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness. They were very nice & professional. We have had a ton of issues with water damage & several companies who did nothing for us.
