They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the project. The entire office team, Noeliz, Megan, Cathy, Lisa were responsive to every call and email. The teardown and installation crews were also excellent and respectful of our property. On installation day, the crew worked efficiently and respectfully, protecting our property and keeping the work area clean. The quality of the workmanship is excellent: everything was completed with precision and attention to detail, and the finished roof looks fantastic. When they are done, they pick up everything and leave the site as they found it. It’s clear that Earl Johnston Roofing takes pride in their work and stands behind the quality they deliver. What truly sets them apart is their professionalism and integrity. There were no surprises, no hidden issues, and everything was completed exactly as promised and on schedule. We went with Walnut Creek blend for our tile color, and when my husband was concerned with the color patterns, Mike came to do a walkthrough with him to assuage all his concerns. We had a great experience with Earl W Johnston Roofing. Mike, our sales person, was knowledgeable and responsive. He answered all of our questions prior to starting the project. The office staff was courteous and helpful; they took care of all the permitting, scheduling, payments etc…The work was completed quickly and the crew cleaned up each day. They resolved any concerns that we had before closing us out. Replacing a roof is no small project, but we feel good about our choice of vendor (referred to us by family and friends who have used them in the past). Overall, they were professional, and communication was great. We are very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!

From start to finish, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Anjoe, the sales manager, guided us through the entire process, brought helpful samples, and shared his expertise every step of the way. The tiles are beautiful and of nice quality. Earl Johnston Roofing made the permitting process seamless—Rick went above and beyond, providing guidance, taking photos at every stage, managing inspections, and promptly answering all our questions. Meg was a great administrative contact, making paperwork issues simple and stress-free. We are very happy with their service and look forward to continuing maintenance with them. Highly recommended!
