Eco Restoration and Construction

I had a flood from a leak in my bathroom. I called Eco Restoration and Construction for help. They picked up the phone, 2 other companies I tried went to voicemail. Eco arrived at my house 2 hours later and immediately began working to prevent mold and further damage! Their team handled everything from the flood cleanup to complete mold remediation and restoration. When they were done, my house looked better than before. I was so impressed that 6 months later, I hired them again for our kitchen remodel. Once again, they delivered exceptional results, staying on schedule and exceeding my expectations. They're licensed and insured, which unfortunately in South Florida is not always the case. I highly recommend Eco Restoration and Construction for any restoration or remodeling needs, they're reliable, skilled, and trustworthy!

Super pleased with the work that the Eco team did in our guest bathroom! They were super thorough with the mold remediation, discovered more than was intitially thought and expertly removed it all. Passed a post-remediation inspection with flying colors. Their team also did a great job replacing the affected wall/ceiling, installing tile, toilet, vanity, etc. It was a pleasure working with the whole team at Eco and I would recommend them to anyone for mold remediation and remodeling!

I did a lot of research before choosing ECO Restoration & Construction for my bathroom remodel. I liked the positive reviews, they are licensed and insured (very important!!!), and they gave me the best pricing of all the companies I contacted. That, to me, was the trifecta I needed to pull the trigger and get the project started. Josh and Bianca are very professional, as are all the members of their crews. They LISTENED to me. They gave me good advice, and they knew what I wanted. Throughout the project, they interacted with me, responding promptly to all my uneducated questions, and incorporating little (or not-so-little) changes to my original vision seamlessly. The project took a little longer than I expected (started in mid-January and ended at the beginning of March), but having never undertaken a remodeling project before I had no idea of what to expect. I don't know if the timing was good or not, but things rolled along smoothly throughout the process. The crew worked hard and kept my condo really clean throughout the job. I have a smallish condo, and the bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, where I was able to sleep with no problems during the remodel. There were a few little things that needed touch-up at the end, and the crew did them immediately and efficiently. They went above and beyond what they promised. At the end, I was completely thrilled at the way my bathroom looks. I've attached before and after pictures. I feel like I've entered a luxury spa every time I go into my bathroom now. I heartily recommend ECO Restoration & Construction for any repair, restoration, or remodeling job. They're great!
