I recently purchased a condo that had a lot of water damage, plus a broken AC for 7 months, which resulted in mold throughout the entire condo. I reviewed and met with a bunch of different remediation companies and EcoTek Pro was definitely the best in all areas, so that’s who I chose to demo and remediate the mold. I’m so thankful that I went with EcoTek Pro because they did such an amazing job with the condo! Two weeks after a full gut and mold remediation, I passed my inspection from the Mold Assessor with flying colors! Rico was nothing short of amazing, from beginning to end. He was very responsive, very professional, very respectful, always on time, and had incredible communication with me the entire time. He was so good about answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain everything in a way that I would understand. Rico has a great attitude, takes his job seriously, and is very good at what he does. At the start of the job, he was well prepared for anything that may have come up along the way and he did not try to increase the cost as different situations came up. The price he quoted was the price he stuck to throughout the entire job. I would definitely recommend EcoTek Pro to anyone that had any type of mold situation, and I will definitely use them again in the future for another condo that I have. They really did such a great job and I’m so happy I went with them!

Rico is extremely friendly and professional. His company did a thorough and speedy job in the demo, removal and cleanup of our kitchen that had mold damage. He was flexible with scheduling and able to complete the job in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend EcoTek.

My parents contacted Eco Tek pro for an estimate for cleanup of bio hazardous material as a result of an elderly and ill tenant who had recently vacated their rental property. EcoTek was the third estimate we collected. My mother placed a call to Rico who came out on the same day to view the property and provide us with an estimate. He came prepared with a respirator and gloves which told me immediately he was well educated. Several other salesmen did not have gloves or proper face coverings which did not make a good impression on us. After allowing Rico to access the property he came out and discussed the scope of work that was necessary to make this unit safe again. He also noted that the shower area had a considerable amount of mold (which was backed up with photos) and highly suggested this be removed. He spent quite a bit of time with us on site answering any questions we had and provided us with a written estimate via email. My mother made several phone calls to him to ask questions and he was extremely helpful via telephone. This was very important. We decided to go with EcoTek and the job was started almost immediately. This was extremely helpful as it provides rental income. I have the utmost confidence that my parents rental property unit was sanitized and restored back to a healthy home. It was done in a professional and timely manner. There were no hidden costs or surprises. The response from Rico of EcoTek was top notch and very comforting to my parents. EcoTek Pro really came thorough for me. I discovered a leak in my daughters room which was staring to show some mold. I called Rico and he responded within an hour or so in order to assess the situation. Rico was personable, professional and extremely thorough in his explanation and what he had to offer us. Upon giving me a quote, I asked when he was available and luckily he was able to attend to my problem the following day. While working on the area, they attended to the job quickly, making the area safe once again. They took extreme care in protecting the floors and carpeting and they left everything as clean as it had been beforehand. Rico from EcoTek came out to my house on extremely quick notice and did amazing work. Had a hole ho my drywall and needed same day repair and I was not disappointed. The work he did was flawless and he was amazingly friendly. I will definetly use his services again.
