Elite is top tier ! We had a total roof replacement due to Hurricane Ian. Being new homeowners, this whole process was new to us. Elite and their crew were a dream. They worked with us , kept us updated on the process the entire way, and the results are stunning. Elite Roofing truly loves up to the name!

Following the horrific events of Hurricane Ian in September 2022, my roof needed to be replaced. In the months following, I called four companies with little to no success until I called Elite Roofing and Restoration. On December 16, 2022, Stuart Queiroz, Senior Project Manager and one of his associates not only answered all of my questions, but where already aware of the challenges of living in a community with an Association. We discussed roofing options and approved colors, pricing and a timeline for completion. Throughout the entire process, the teardown, and inspection was completed in one day, tiles were delivered on time and without incident, and the completion exceeded my expectations. Other than their complete professionalism, the biggest thing that stood out for me was open communication; I was completely in the loop through e-mails and phone calls. I have worked with other companies over the past 20-years, however, Elite will get my future business-Highly recommended!

Awesome team from sales to install especially Stuart. He went to bat for us against the insurance company. They wanted to repair the roof but Stuart got them to replace the roof and the gutters as well. House looks amazing! Here’s a picture of the roof.

We had an excellent experience with Elite Roofing and Restoration. Our roof was already almost 20 years old, and when Ian hit, we had to get it replaced. Stuart from Elite Roofing worked with us throughout the entire process, including dealing with the insurance company. He was very knowledgeable and personable, making what was a long, arduous process, as palatable as possible. He was very responsive to all of our questions and always got back to us in a timely fashion. He kept us abreast of when key steps would be happening throughout the process, and what would be needed from us. The roof looks good and has already withstood several torrential rains with no leaks, so no complaints with workmanship either. I would highly recommend Stuart and Elite Roofing to anyone is considering a roof replacement.

Elite Roofing did an excellent job on our roof and exceeded our expectations. What impressed me the most was how they handled a situation where one of their subcontractors accidentally caused some damage to a septic system. Elite Roofing immediately took responsibility and repaired the septic system to make it right. They were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process, maintaining open communication and professionalism. I highly recommend Elite Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled roofer. They'll definitely be my first call for any future roofing needs!
