My house was flooded and my insurance company sent Emergency Services & Reconstruction out to handle our issues. I have to say I could not have pick a better team to do the work at my home. I was devastated about the flood because my daughter was getting married during this time. I can't say enough about Wayne, Dillon, Mary and many others they went above and beyond to make everything work for this special time in our life. They worked around the wedding and my family being here it was amazing!! Mary went through our belongings and found the handkerchief that was my grandmothers that my daughter was to carry on her wedding day. She had the handkerchief delivered to my house before the big day. If you are looking for this type of service you definitely want this team on your side!! All I can say is THANK YOU and you guys ROCK!! Emergency Services has some awesome caring people!! Thank you so much for you kindness during a trying and beautiful time in our lives.

Randy Clark at Emergency Services & Reconstruction is such a wonderful man. We had a house fire in December of 2015 and Randy was put in charge of our rebuild. Randy was knowledgeable and always so kind. Randy really pushed for us to get us home as soon as possible. He worked with us and always made himself available via text or phone. And he went out of his way to bring samples to me when it was tough to take our baby in the car. Randy has an ease about him that instantly makes you feel comfortable. He works really hard for the people who he is helping and the job he does is not an easy one and he does a spectacular job ... I am so grateful that we had him in charge of our rebuild. We don't know what we would have done without him. I highly recommend Randy Clark... I would have put more than 5 stars... he deserves more! 😄

My husband and I had a flood in our home that damaged all of our flooring. Emergency Services and Reconstruction was recommended by our insurance company, and James Brabb, our contractor, was there the same day drying the floors and ensuring the damage was minimized. James oversaw the installation of flooring and restoration of our cabinetry. He and all the workers we met over the following weeks were skilled, quick to respond and wonderful to work with. He worked the insurance company's timeline to get us back into our home quickly. From beginning to end, Emergency Services & Reconstruction was professional, prompt and all the work was of the highest quality.

I've been dealing with this company for 2 months. They were brought out by my insurance company for mold from leaking water. They took it upon themselves to start tearing out my floors and walls. All they were suppose to do was set up dryers. Fast forward over 2 months later and we still have holes in our closet walls and no floor in the main closet. Chris, the manager, has been very disrespectful and rude and claims it was our insurance companies fault. He said he had documents to prove he had the bid to start the demo. He still can't and hasn't shown us any documents. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever. Our insurance company told us they are dropping their contract with this company.

This company was called out to my house for mitigation services and did such a horrible job that I requested to never use them again. I have never had a horrible experience with using companies my insurance recommends, but this one is bad. The employee that was handling my claim was extremely unprofessional and applied half the effort, if any, to the job. The employee did a very terrible job with placing the tarp and sandbags on my roof that other people, including myself, were questioning if it was ever placed on my roof correctly. The tarp was flapping in the wind more than it was covering the roof. His lack of effort with placing the tarp on my roof correctly has caused a second leak to happen in the same area. A sand bag holds plenty of weight so there is no way that it had suddenly moved. Because of the terrible job that the employee did, I am back to square one and have since then contacted a new company who has taken very good care of me. I have advised my insurance company to take this company off their list so they can stop wasting their money on them.
