When I mentioned we had received a quote a year ago but couldn’t proceed due to financial constraints, Luis didn’t hesitate—he honored the original quote without question. We recently hired Eustis Roofing to replace the roof of our house, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the result. From the first contact, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer service that really makes the difference. The team was punctual, respectful and very detailed in their work. They took the time to explain the whole process, the materials they would use and kept us informed at each stage of the project. The work was completed within the estimated time and they left the area completely clean, without any trace of debris or nails.

Eustis Roofing was recommended to me by another roofer who had too many jobs to accept another. They kept me advised as work proceeded and finished the job ahead of time. Yes, they are a bit more expensive but the quality of the materials and work is certainly worth it. This new roof, I have no doubt, will outlast me and the successor owner.

The roof itself looks good, and the job was completed in a single day. However, the experience left much to be desired. The salesperson had a great personality and a convincing pitch, promising all sorts of guarantees—but once the job was done, it became clear those promises didn’t hold up. Our first county inspection failed because the inspector noticed damage in the interior of our drywall where they replaced the skylights and wanted to ensure we wouldn't have leaks in the future. When we contacted Eustis Roofing about it, the receptionist dismissed the issue as “cosmetic” and said it was our responsibility to fix it. What bothered us most was the lack of follow-up—no call from the project manager or any company representative. We ultimately told the inspector to close the permit and decided to move on. While the roof was completed in one day, the crew worked until 9 p.m., finishing in the dark. That felt rushed and made us question whether everything was done properly. After the crew left, we had to rent a magnetic sweeper ourselves and collected over 50 nails from around our property. Nails that could have punctured our tires or injured us or our pets. Which would have resulted on another expense we hadn’t anticipated. We paid premium price and at the end of the day I was not happy with the lack of communication in addressing our small concern.
