Eustis Roofing Company

We were given the name of this company by a friend/patient of mine. Also, Eustis Roofing was recommended by several people in our Facebook neighborhood group chat. We did estimates with few companies and this one has a good reputation. They were the only ones who followed up afterwards. They consistently sent email or called to see if we were ready or had any questions. They were slightly higher quote but we chose them based on the fact that they were the most professional. The rep/agent, Kalie M went above and beyond for us. By the time we had the money to do it, the prices went up. She went to bat for us and came through and gave us a great deal. She listened to our needs and went to work to make it happen for us! The whole beginning process has been really awesome. She was great and I highly recommend her and this company so far! We can update the review once the work is complete! Not to forget, Blake who came out to sign contract and get permits going was also pretty awesome! Met me at my job and was very professional and friendly. So far a great experience and can't wait for my roof to be done by them!

Brittany was an integral part of my decision making process, She provided better insight and detail with regards to the current condition of my roof & She is incredibly knowledgable & thorough when doing initial inpection leaving me with a greater sense of urgency with my timeline. Not all expectations set during consultation were met - However, I was consistently received with professionalism: Imanol & Alfredo were receptive, respectful & swift addressing concerns I had after the project commenced. We definately had process gaps that misaligned with the initial sales consultation but they addressed my issues regarding workmanship/ cosmetics & ultimately ensured my new metal roof was completed to my satisfaction. They have offered to remain accessible should any future needs arise. Only after some time or a significant weather event Will I be able to determine if the workmanship & water/pest intrusion potential has been eliminated. This is most critical when making what ultimately is a huge lifetime investment, so I hope this review rating holds up long term. I am appreciative of the temperment & urgency with which my issues were addressed. I also appreciate the company trains or keeps educated the office staff Or that they have experience already in dealing with roof repair and installation.

Hurricane Milton did a number on my roof in Oct. ‘24, but it didn't help that it was also 18.5 years old. It was overdue to consider full replacement. I went the usual home insurance route & got absolutely nowhere (shocker, right?!). Insurance was willing to pay precisely $0 to me. So, I took matters into my own hands, hired an attorney & filed suit... while awaiting that process to run its course I sought out estimates from 7 roofers over the course of 7 months. Long story short, all roofing companies basically used a drone or public records to fabricate a quote & maybe if I was lucky they'd climb on the roof to measure & inspect quickly, emailing me results. EUSTIS ROOFING ON THE OTHER HAND, yeah they do things a little different! I actually heard about the company through an ad on an F1 podcast I listen to regularly. They were issuing a promo for Memorial Day Week "Buy a full replacement roof package & save $2000 this week only" kinda vibe... I was intrigued enough to inquire. I spoke with a kind receptionist (so sorry I cannot recall her name!) whom scheduled a convenient day/time to get an estimate. Joe Feliciano would be my estimator. That day came & I met Joe after work in the evening, whom was extremely friendly & easy-going. He explained to me the entire process & that it would take about 90 minutes to complete. He went on the roof, he went in my attic, he inspected the roof from inside my home as well. Unlike other companies I got quotes with, not only was he the worker bee to get the estimate, he was also the sales guy & did one HELL of a job selling me on the day. Ever the consummate professional, he was very upfront about how Eustis Roofing would not be the cheapest of the bunch, but he absolutely guaranteed he stands by the work & service of the business & the value would stand out from the crowd. Turns out he was telling the truth! I was actually with him several hours, but didn’t mind. Every single person I interacted with during the project was just as courteous & helpful as Joe. I want to shout out RENE (Crew Leader), IMANOL (Supervisor), ALFREDO (Production Lead), & CHRISTIAN (Project Manager) for their 5 star service! Less than 2 weeks after agreeing to terms, the permit was pulled & I was on the schedule for Friday, June 6th. They informed me, pending weather (FL summers am I right??!) they anticipated starting & finishing the project the same day; worst case scenario, finishing Saturday morning. I was told there were 13 people on my roof working diligently at one point during the day as one crew finished another job & joined in. All 3 of their work crews are THEIR employees, no 3rd party folks whom may or may not share their vision for how the job is to be performed. That was a HUGE plus for me in choosing Eustis Roofing. The majority of other businesses in the industry contract 3rd parties to do the actual labor. I left for work on Friday morning w/ a worn out old roof. I received 3 calls throughout the day updating me on progress (which was greatly appreciated by the way!), & as I'm about 20 minutes from home I receive one more call excitedly telling me the whole thing was done, everything was cleaned up, magnets run all across the property & driveway so there was no chance I could catch a stray nail in a tire & he was eagerly anticipating my reaction when I got home. When I did arrive home other than a brand new roof, there was not a single piece of evidence anyone had even stepped foot on my property! I was ecstatic to say the least. I look forward to continued communication with these fine folks, I will recommend them to literally anyone that would listen & I'm excited to eventually hit the 5 year & 10 year milestones for the "soft wash rejuvenation" service they provide as part of the premium package I chose for the entry-level price point during the promotion period. THANK YOU, SO MUCH, TO EVERYONE AT EUSTIS ROOFING ORLANDO. Y'all killed it & my very first roof replacement experience was a 10/10 & something I genuinely dreaded prior to getting in touch!

We were undecided on which company we should use to replace our roof. Joseph Feliciano contacted us and we were so impressed with the company and his presentation. He was very professional and so knowledgeable! He definitely is an asset to your company. Production lead Alfredo was amazing every step of the way. He always helped us resolve the few issues we had. Want to give a great review to Bradley Peterson from Eustis Roofing. I am in need of a new roof and am currently getting estimates. I called Eustis first as they have been in business since 1959. They sent Bradley out to measure and go over all damages that have occurred over the years and explain the materials I need and cost. Bradley was friendly, very knowledgeable, not “pushy” and proud of his company. I felt he was honest about how the procedure to install would take place, step by step.
