Evan’s Roofing of Tampa Bay was excellent when they constructed a new roof on my 13,000 sq ft Commercial building. Yasmani and his team were responsive to my requests in all ways. Project Manager Neill went out of his way to provide me with clear, exact photos of the roof while construction was in progress. Illessa always returned calls and took care of permitting, inspections etc. They worked as an effective team and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof work from Evens Roofing was excellent, but the experience with replacing the skylight was disappointing. I waited months for a new unit, only to end up with the original 20-year-old skylight still in place. I had offered to pay extra even though it wasn’t part of the original scope. Communication dropped off, and after I paid for the completed work, it seemed like my project was no longer a priority.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, 4 months into my roof installation and my roof is not completed and it’s leaking in every room of the house. They applied peel and stick poorly 4 months ago and roof was supposed to be dried in but never has been, they left vent caps unsealed, and rain has been leaking in every room in my house. The peel and stick layer after inspection was not overlapped and sealed properly. They ordered an insufficient quantity of my roof tiles and have waited months for them to arrive meanwhile the roof has been leaking for 4 months. I have had 3 roof inspections and all say the same corrections need to be done Evan’s has been told multiple times and have told my builders that corrections are complete but leaking is continuing.
