No hassle quote-never asked if I had an insurance claim first. 3. VERY professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They’re expertise on roof materials, installation process, and colors was comprehended well and I am well pleased. The repair was done as scheduled, neatly, and to superb satisfaction! Ryan and Aimee made the 2-day experience a pleasure to work with. I am so pleased, I have pointed Everest to EVERYONE I can tell and they would be my go to if needed again. Charged me over $11,000 to get my roof replaced when my neighbors got their larger roof done for less than $9,000. Sub contracted showed up at my door and didn't even know the name of the contractor that he worked for. He had to read it slowly off a peice of paper. I have fully paid the invoice on 1/10/2018 and despite promises, numerous tiles have STILL not adheared over 3 months later. Repeated calls and texts to have them looked at either go unresponded or I get a promise that it will be looked at soon...and yet nobody shows up and I never even get a courtesy call. When I call back, I get a different excuse why it hasn't been done yet. Also, soffets still not repaired. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER.
