They have not followed through with any timeline and have still NOT EVEN begun the agreed upon work on my mother's roof. They do however already have her insurance settlement check and have for FIVE MONTHS. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone consistently. A different story every time someone talks with us. I had to put one star in order to post but it should be ZERO stars.
