On (date deleted), they finished installing a metal roof and 3 skylights for me. One of the skylights leaked badly and damaged my ceiling 1 day before they finished. They did not answer or return repeated calls by me. The county building inspector called them and told them they had to repair the damage. So, a week later, they sent someone (who brought his wife and kids along) out at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night who ripped out some of the ceiling and insulation. Two months later and I still have this huge hole in my ceiling. On (date deleted), two months later, after receiving notice of legal action by the Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, they finally returned my call. To claim the damage was pre-existing, he had been inside my home and saw it (he had never been inside my home before his crew had completed work and left). Careless workmen, non-responsive and dishonest owner. I had to take legal action just to get them to return my calls. The damage has still not been repaired.
