I had a 20 year old roof on my house with solar panels on them. I spoke to Demetri at Family First Roofing, who was very polite and professional. We spoke several times over the course of 3 months concerning my roof replacement. Brandon and Demetri worked with me on the price, for not only my roof replacement but also the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels on my roof. The company that originally installed them was charging an extreme amount. Brandon introduced me to Climatic Solar which took my solar panels off and reinstalled them with an incredibly large discount, saving me several thousands of dollars($6000-7000). The roof replacement only took 3 days, to strip the roof off and reinstall my New 5V Metal Roof. Once the roof was complete, the solar panels were reinstalled within 2 days of the roof completion. All this being said, I have a beautiful new 5V metal roof and my solar panels reinstalled without any hassles or issues. The roofers were very quick, polite, and professional. They cleaned up as they worked, leaving behind no mess. I, 100%, recommend Family First Roofing for several reasons, price, courtesy, professionalism, financing opportunities, quick and expedient service. Company did a beautiful job, workers clean area as they work, company well organized and put their customers first . My roof was marvelous, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. With family first roofing it was a privilege to have Demintri as my project manager, he is very helpful & 💯% professional, he is a people person who satisfied his client the best possible way he can. My experience with this company has been extremely negative. (Port St. Lucie restorative and nursing)(local nursing home) We paid them $139,000 as a down payment, along with another large sum of money, and they never intended to do the work. Instead, we encountered constant delays, unprofessional behavior, and broken promises. The state is now investigating them for potential criminal charges. In my case, the person I dealt with was Brandon Laverdure, who proved to be dishonest and unreliable. Do not use this company. They will take your money without completing the work. Please make sure you are researching the correct owners and management team.
