We recently purchased a house that needed a new roof. My realtor told us she likes using Craig Fass roofing. We called them, and from day one, these guys have been nothing short of what was a great experience. The price was awesome, and the staff was incredible. The work was done in one day. The supervisor stayed at the site until the job was completed, making sure everything was done as promised. By the end of the day, everything thing was cleaned up and removed before they left. Our house now has a beautiful roof. Love this company, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof without the nightmare that can easily come from this complex type of work!

FAS Roofing was referred to me, and from the very first call, Frank was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. When we met, he brought samples, explained the different materials, and showed me the high-quality self-adhering underlayment they use — which avoids unnecessary nail holes in the roof. He even provided a list of past jobs so I could see different roof colors and styles in person. I was purchasing a home and wanted the roof replaced right away before moving in. Frank and his team went above and beyond — they met me at the title company, went straight to the county office to record everything, got the permit immediately, and started work the next day. I was amazed! The crew was professional, polite, and thorough. They placed tarps all around the house to catch any nails or screws and cleaned up perfectly when finished. The roof turned out beautiful and was completed exactly as promised. I also had a solar attic fan installed. I assumed I’d need two, but instead of just taking my money, Frank inspected everything and said one would do the job. That honesty and integrity meant a lot. I couldn’t be happier. Friends of mine had a fantastic experience with FAS Roofing, so when it came time for my roof replacement, I went with FAS and was absolutely happy with that decision. Beyond the responsiveness, outstanding quality of work, speed, and fair price, I also had the complication of needing to have two solar systems removed and replaced (PV and pool). Frank pulled two estimates for someone who could handle that, and took that off my never-ending to-do list, for which I was grateful. Everyone who worked on those two projects were courteous and clearly experienced in their jobs. Highly recommend!

They were from the first to the last… 1 Professional 2 Polite and helpful 3 Knowledgeable 4 Diligent 5 Respectful They kept the work site clean at all times, I hate it when some roofing companies let trash blow all over the neighbor’s yards as I have seen here before. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Fass Roofing Also a big thanks to Big Mike from Citrus Roll Offs! Mike put the dumpster down on some lumber and did not leave a single mark on my driveway, very professional. (They are a small company so use them if you can) I highly recommend them. Getting a new roof can be a stressful situation, spending lots of money, wondering will it get done right, am I going to have problems with the insurance company, the roofing company or something I may not even see coming. Well I can tell you that I had none of that, once I got Fass Roofing on my job. They explained everything to me, they answered every question I asked and the entire job was smooth like silk. I asked a LOT of questions. I highly recommend Fass Roofing! Oh yes, I did go metal because I will never have problems or need to replace my roof again. (Excluding any natural disaster, mother nature can be cruel) This is the (Western Nail Strip Standing Seam roof) in KYNAR500 Mansard Brown finish, lifetime warranty on fading and panel failure transferable to a new owner should I sell my home.
