I would highly recommend Pete and his company as he is thorough in analyzing and resolving mold issues. Restores home items to perfect condition which was beyond my expectations. He is trustworthy, responsive, professional and friendly. The project was done quickly and completely. The price was really affordable and we appreciated that we could obtain his services quickly and have it managed virtually! Top-notch team!

Needing a restoration company, while in Canada during a travel ban, was one of the most stressful experiences. I did a Google search and found a couple of businesses to call. Either they didn't return my call or they would book appointments and not show up. and then I had the blessing of finding Pete's number. From the first time I spoke to him, I knew I had found the right person. Our damage had actually been made worse from the company that was on site BEFORE First choice. So he had to do extra work as a result. BUT he took.on the task and made me feel comfortable..He reassured me along the way that all would be done properly. He was honest, respectful, and on time (he actually turned up every time he said he would ) He sent me pictures along the way (since we were in Canada and could not fly down) There were a few challenges throughout the process and he always found a solution (quickly and efficiently) In the end, we are so happy with the finished project. and I would highly recommend Pete and his company First Choice restoration- he truly does need to be the "First Choice " thanks again Pete for taking such good care of our condo.
