He was informative and helped us through many questions and requests. His team had work completed very quickly, and everyone was nice and hard-working. Highly recommend these guys! Nathan is an exceptional roofer and provides excellence when repairing and inspecting roofs. He cares about your time and is punctual and the pricing can't be beat! He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and honest about what needs to be done. He even caught repairs another roofer missed in November, and had pictures to prove it! Nathan Gibson and his crew were very professional, friendly and honest workers. The First Coast Roofing provided fast, efficient and effective service, the Project Manager stayed all day to make sure that everything is properly installed, Nathan checked every corner of the roof, he helped us with our insurance claim, and worked with what our insurance company would pay us. He communicated consistently throughout the project and it was completed ahead of the schedule. I highly recommend First Coast Roofing Company to everyone who needs roofing. I had a little roof leak that turned into a too serious to ignore type of leak, drizzling down my interior wall of the backside of my house. I had another roofer take a look, and he couldn't find the problem, but he thought I might need a whole new roof. I wanted a second opinion before I thought about paying an insurance deductible and all the other fun steps that come with a new roof. The reviews were really good (can't say that I saw a bad one) and decided to call First Coast Roofing Company. Nathan was amazing! Besides solving an issue another roofer couldn't figure out, I really appreciated a couple of other things; 1) he was on time, and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. 2) it was a very chill interaction. I didn't feel pressured into needing a whole new roof, and he was confident about this being a simpler fix (removing a rain trap) with a significant result, and I felt assured that he/company would figure out what was wrong if this didn't resolve anything, and some solid roof maintenance advice. Bonus; reasonably priced! Thanks again Nathan! Not a drop of water after the heavy rains this weekend. Easiest referral I've given.
