Great experience with First Due. My inspection for my roof repair was done in the same day I called, and the fix was also completed quickly thereafter. I can’t even tell where the repair was done as all materials were put back in place perfectly. They were clean, friendly, professional, and affordable. We’ll need a new roof in 3-4 years so they provided a quote for that as well. Easy to understand and great communication. We will definitely be calling First Due for the new roof when the time comes! I can’t say enough good things about First Due Roofing. From start to finish, the entire experience was top notch. Their pricing was excellent, their communication was constant and clear, and they got the job done quickly, efficiently, and by the book. Every permit was pulled promptly, and the work was done to the highest standards. Dan, the owner, personally stopped by multiple times to check progress. At one point he even had his crew replace a fascia board because it wasn’t up to his standard, showing me he truly stands behind his work. Kenny, the salesman, was in touch every step of the way. He worked around my schedule, answered my questions about wires and internet lines, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Jason was incredibly friendly and explained the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. Cliff came out to set up protective netting around the house to catch debris, and when a storm rolled in, he returned the next day just to pull the netting back so my grass and plants wouldn’t suffer. That’s true class and attention to detail. Sean made the paperwork side effortless. He set everything up for e signature, explained everything in simple terms, and kept the whole process stress free. The entire crew worked hard, respected my schedule, and left the property spotless. I truly appreciate their professionalism, integrity, and the pride they take in their work. If you need a new roof, don’t waste time shopping around. First Due Roofing is the company you want on your side. Five stars across the board and I’ll recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
