We recently hired First Service Roofing & Construction to replace my in laws roof, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. Shane explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions. The work was completed on time and within budget, and the new roof looks fantastic. My mother practically lost her entire roof from Ian! After calling several contractors, we found first service, and Kevin came over and helped us figure it all out! I can not say ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS about the service, the guys (and gal) who did my moms roof and Kevin going above and beyond helping her! First Service did our roof last year. After Hurricane Ian all of our neighbors had roof damage and ours is still like new! We are so appreciative. Their quality work stood the test of a Cat 4 storm! Highly recommend. Best roofer is SWFL and Veteran owned.

Had some concerns about installation of my metal roof and the company addressed them. They were responsive and fair about resolving the issues. The metal roof is beautiful even though the flat roof couldn’t be covered which I wasn’t informed about when I contracted the job which is why I can only give 4 stars. 95% of the roof will be covered by the 50 year warranty but it’s better than shingles.
