I was looking for roofers. Schuyler and Samih stopped by and gave me a quote I couldn’t refuse. From start to finish this team provided excellent communication. The front office provided confirmation calls to ensure we they had the correct product selection. Jason the production manager was on site each day checking in on the progress and giving me updates throughout the entirety of the job. The crew chief ran a great team ensuring safety and the making sure each part of the job was done right. With all this I just sat back and trusted that the Florida Elite team had every inch of the job covered giving me peace of mind through the entire process. 5 star service. 5 star team. Got the lowest price from these guys compared to maybe 5 or 6 roofing companies that Angi's List sent. Funny thing is, I received a text that they couldn't make it during the appointment for a visit to inspect and give us an estimate. But luckily though, they showed up anyway and ended up giving us the lowest price. All the other companies started already pretty high with their estimates. Just for laughs - Jared their Sales Rep couldn't get his drone to work. I would suggest in the future to change the channel on your hotspot if you can to stay clear of the airwaves used by airfields nearby. They delivered as promised. They finished the work and clean up in one day. We've had a few rains since then and so far, so good. The roof looks good. The city inspector closed the open the permit not too long after.
