Jose is super nice, pleasant, professional, and diligent! He did an excellent job remediating an issue we had due to a leaky window. Demo, treatment, fogging, cleaning, and rebuilding was done to perfection -- at the end of all of it, everything looks squeaky clean and new. He also did a fantastic job sealing the windows so we don't have leakage issues period. Highly recommend!

We were in the process of selling our home in Gainesville and mold was discovered by the inspector. We were referred to Jose at Florida Mold Control for the remediation. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to start the work within 24 hours! His work quality was very professional, thorough and he stayed on a tight schedule to ensure we met our closing deadline. Then a PRV tester was hired and he was very complimentary of the work done by Jose. The tests all came back negative and we were able to close on the sale. The owner, Jose, was very quick to reply to my request for an estimate on a mold remediation job. He came by late that afternoon after working all day and went above and beyond in determining what our house needs. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything he was seeing. He even got on our roof and discovered where the water had gotten in, and now we know we need to do other repairs before having him back out. Very grateful.
