these guys were great I needed gutters installed quickly because I was doing a tile job. They came out the same day for the quote. They gave me a very reasonable quote. They came the very next day and installed it and delivered exactly what they promised. Great family company highly recommended, Ron Derrick, Cutler Bay, Florida.

After Oswald and I spoke on the phone, his father, Oscar, came out the same day to assess the issue (relatively small but important project) and I had a written quote from them that same day. The next day, I texted to ask if the issue could be addressed with a different gutter configuration. Oswald said it could be done and he suggested a slight modification to ensure the gutter would work properly. He adjusted the quote, to which I agreed, and by the next day, Oswald came out and addressed the issue with diligence and thoughtfulness in his approach. He explained clearly what he was going to do before he did it so there were no surprises. I love it when contractors are transparent and are happy to answer questions to make sure that the customer gets what they are looking for - the contractor (like Florida Precision) give their perspective and recommendations based on years of experience, while trying to come to good alignment with the customer who is not an expert but wants to feel assured they are getting good work for the money spent (it’s a beautiful thing). Lots of unintentional misunderstandings are avoided with just good healthy communication and it’s a win-win! I also appreciated that Oswald did not come up with a more expensive and convoluted (literally) solution, stating that was the only way it could be done. This is what at least a couple other gutter companies did when they came out to give me a quote. There were a couple other companies that were very thoughtful about their approach and patient in answering my questions. However, all in well for this job, Florida position won out due to prompt and easy communication, transparency about what steps they were actually going to take to address the issue, years of experience making them versatile to consider addressing the issue in more than one way, and attention to detail. And let me not fail to mention reasonable cost compared to others who gave quotes. They also gave me a warranty of 1 year on materials and 5 years on labor for the small add-on to the existing gutter network.

Good quality gutters. Let say one more time they know what they are doing. I personally would highly recommend them to do your gutters.
