They did what they said they were going to do! Such a rarity out there today. Sean Stuart was our direct point of contact and was super professional. We had our 23 year old tile roof replaced with new Westlake tile in Stone Mountain Gray. Love the look and love knowing we have a quality roof with a great 10 year warranty. I have used Florida Roofing and Construction for both roof replacement after a hurricane in Marco Island, and then years later for repairs on my new home in Naples. They never disappoint! They are timely and thorough - never recommending work unless it needs to be done. Finally someone who fixed our leak. We had 2 maybe 3 different people come out, they said it was fixed and then…leaked again. Our handyman Chris recommended Sean and team and I am really glad he did. He came when he said he would. Gave us an honest opinion and fair quote and was nice about it. When done he explained it all too me, showed me pictures and a checklist of what he did. Highly recommend. Without being asked he even repainted some items on the roof he didn’t like. Great experience!

Here’s the deal, we made a mistake. We didn’t go with Florida Roofing & Construction for our new roof and we are regretting it now. We picked a company that wasn’t as highly rated, but was a bit cheaper. We got what we paid for. Our roof has numerous issues and we aren’t happy. We talked with Sean and even though we didn’t contract him for our roof he’s still nice enough to help fix the problems we are having. This is a classic example of “you get what you pay for” so if you’re on the fence I hope this review sways you in the right direction, and Florida Roofing is the right choice! The company especially Sean are first class. Don't make the mistake I did. The shortest road is always the longest.
