Chuck Simpson was a great help in assessing the project, and he explained the whole process to me and my wife. We've wanted solar tube skies since 2007, when we added an extra family room to our house. Chuck calmed us down and quickly scheduled the installation of our two tubes. Velux solar tubes have made us very happy. Chuck told us that he would send a new nightlight to replace the defective one (which was turning on and off at random intervals of 3 to 5 secs).
