This company is awesome! Their customer service is top notch. Every single employee that I communicated with was so courteous and professional. Every document that I received and signed was detailed throughout. Their estimated timelines for receiving my impact window and doors as well as installation were as promised — actually ahead of schedule! The quality of the materials was great and the finish work, including touch up both inside and outside, was perfect. Extra kudos to Austin (the sales rep) and Ryan (the install supervisor) for their knowledge and professionalism. They are true gentlemen. I HIGHLY recommend Garabar.

We did not plan to work with Garabar twice in quick succession, but we replaced a roof on our townhome with them in 2024 and knew we had to use them again when we unexpectedly decided to move into a larger home this year. Their pricing may be slightly higher than some, but is well worth it for the quick and worry free experience they provide. We wrapped up the project today and it was seamless from start to finish. Jason met me during the inspection day of the house and his quick action and quoting allowed us to negotiate pricing and credit with the seller before a quick closing. He was always available via text or call and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He is professional, friendly and works hard to ensure he was well versed and studied in all he does to make sure the process is as seamless for his customers as possible. Kasia was our project coordinator and her personality, professionalism and attention to detail made the experience an enjoyable one! She was always one step ahead (and I’m a detailed person!), quick to answer any calls, email or texts and ensured we received the fastest turnaround on our scheduled tasks in regards to the roof. I did not get to meet her in person, but her warm personality and care for her clients was conveyed in every exchange and she truly felt like a friend by the end of it all. If you’re hesitant to select Garabar, don’t be. They provide a seamless experience from start to finish and stand behind their work.

I can not be more pleased with Garabar Roofing. From the first meeting to all of the correspondence throughout the process. I want to thank Mr. Ara (A.J.) and Nora Garibian for being so attentive the whole time, any concerns were addressed immediately. The sales representative, Tom Hogg was amazing too, he ensured every detail was to our satisfaction and beyond, but the best part was the transparency with cost, there were absolutely NO surprises, the numbers were presented upfront and that is what we paid. A huge thanks our roofing project coordinator, Kasia Pisco she made the whole process easy, she communicated every step and ensured everthing was on schedule and every time I called she answered or got back to me immediately. Even after the job was completed she assisted with the paperwork I needed for the insurance process. I can recommend this company and their team to anyone needing work done. Family owned and operated at the highest level. This was the easiest review to write!!!!

We decided on Garabar for numerous reasons. They had an outstanding BBB rating, there are a large company that does all of their own work with a single supervisor and their pricing was very competitive. The number one reason we chose them was they were the only company that actually came to our house, sat down with us and went over everything. My other three estimates were sent via email.. The rep that came to our house initially, Austin, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. From there, Kasia took over and was in constant contact with us every step of the way. If we had any questions, she answered them in a timely fashion and was always extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The team that came that completed the job was on time and had the roof removed and prepped within two days. The installation took another two days, the project was completed on time and with no surprises. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. We also had them do the front doors and once again Pam was in constant contact with us and everything went according to plan and was professionally handled from beginning to end. Both the roof and the front doors are beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

He clearly explained the entire process and helped us feel confident in moving forward. Kasia in the office was an absolute pleasure—always friendly, highly responsive, and on top of every detail. Communication throughout the project was smooth and timely. When it came time for the actual re-roofing, the Garabar crew was fantastic. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our property, and left the site spotless. They installed tarps all around the house for protection, and not a single screw or piece of debris was left behind. Their attention to cleanliness and detail was truly impressive. The entire re-roof was completed remarkably fast—especially compared to other roofing projects I’ve seen in my neighborhood that dragged on for weeks or even months. Garabar’s team got it done quickly and professionally without cutting corners. Overall, this was a truly exceptional experience from beginning to end.
