Why I chose Gerico. Thorough inspection of roof and attic space. Pictures were taken and explained at first visit. All questions were answered as well as leaving samples of products to be used, for me to look at with more time and research company information. No pressures to purchase. Detailed explanation of multiple roof types as well as discussions on single vs secondary barriers. There was a full explanation if any repairs would be needed as well as meeting all current codes.I had a barrel concrete tiles roof and was considering a flat tiles vs metal. Texts and calls answered promptly. I choose the Englert metal roof. Their pricing is competitive and fair. Once permits approved the work began and I has a completed roof in less than two weeks. The working crew cleaned up 99% of what came off the roof. You may find a cap nail or piece of broken tile in your grass or far across your yard, they really go over your yard area several times. Things I learned and am learning, if you have a gas clothes dryer once the vent is removed during old roof removal, you cannot dry your clothes until the new one is installed (a few days). If you have gutters, you will most likely lose them.(was informed) Electrical bill same as last month(dark bronze roof color) Cannot hear rain on roof, even on first floor area with no attic. I have good insulation which was inspected during first visit. Im still waiting on new quote from insurance company.
