I recently had the pleasure of working with Gladiator Restoration, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in addressing my water damage issue. They responded quickly, assessed the situation efficiently, and used top-of-the-line equipment to restore my home to its original condition. I’ll definitely call them again if I have any issues with water damage!

Had me back in Home in just a few days. They did excellent work, I would recommend them to anyone who has Remediation needs. Definity would use there services again. I had two gentlemen who were working on my apartment at Westport Colony today (unit 1013) to fix a hole in the wall. I was out when they arrived but had to pop into the apartment for a minute in between work, and I got to have a quick chat with them. They were extremely friendly, respectful and one asked if he could use the sink. There were dishes there and he joked about cleaning the dishes for me. Then when I got home, the dishes were clean!! Talk about an amazing customer experience and going way above and beyond. I wish I had gotten their names but huge shout to them!!

Gladiator Restoration was a complete disappointment. They promised to finish the job in 3 days but didn’t even complete it in 10. On day one, they removed the kitchen cabinets, threw down plastic sheets, shut off the water, and disappeared. I couldn’t use my kitchen for days. They took the countertop and left everything half-done. They placed three loud, ineffective dehumidifiers — clearly just for show so they could bill the apartment management. Humidity dropped by only 1% after a week, and that seemed more related to natural air conditions than their equipment. Every time I called, they blamed delays on “special orders” from another company. When they finally returned 10 days later, they replaced the cabinets and garbage disposal but didn’t hook up the dishwasher or the sink drain properly. Even after a second visit, the plumbing was still leaking. They left the filtered faucet loose and didn’t bother to remove the protective plastic from the floors. The bathroom vanity sink also overflowed because they had rinsed construction materials in it — I found drywall sludge clogging the pipes. They even removed the AC closet door and never reinstalled it. The old sink and dishwasher they removed are still sitting on my balcony. I had to submit a new work order to address all these unfinished issues — and I’m going to have to file more. Nothing’s been resolved, and now my relationship with management is strained even further. One more thing like this and we’ll be in a full-blown conflict. The quote they gave management claimed the job would take 3 days and even billed for workers' PPE — it’s all on paper. Totally unprofessional, careless, and unethical. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
