We had a slow water leak that we were unaware of until it caused major damage. Our insurance company sent Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration to manage our restoration. Everyone assigned to our job was amazing. (Water remediation, mold remediation, drywall, paint, cabinets, flooring). Kaden was assigned as our project manager. I had a leak in my house and had to get bathrooms, floors and walls fixed. I wasn’t sure how to go about it. They guided me throughout the entire process. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up nicely each day before they left.

Tardy service. A one-week project took 3 1/2 months. Workmen would arrive hours after the scheduled time. Sometimes they failed to arrive at all.The project entailed the renovation of a shower stall, which had developed a leak in the base. The stall had to be demolished, new plumbing installed, and the reconstruction of stall. Because the project was way behind, I agreed to allow the plumbers to come to my apartment while I was aon vacation. The plumbers had the water disconnected and installed new pipes. They failed to test if there were leaks in the new plumbing. After they left, the building restored the water service to my unit. The pipes were not properly soldered and leaked a gallon of water per hour into my neighbor's apartment below for six days. I only discovered the defect upon return 6 days after the incompetent plumbing installation. My neighbor filed a claim with my insurance. A few days later, a workman arrived to install a shower base, but stated that other work was needed before he could complete the project. A few days later, new plumbers arrived to install the shower control and shower head. After they left, I discovered the shower head had a severe leak. The next day they repaired the shower control. A couple of weeks later, they stated the project was complete. The following day, I took a shower and discovered a lot water had leaked out of the shower leaked on my bathroom floor. Finally, a week or so later, a new shower door was installed, and after 3 1/2 months the shower is now usable.
