GM Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof installation. The initial proposal was very professionally presented with a full folder of roof diagrams, measurements, color samples and options. We were so impressed and happy with the price quoted we didn’t contact any other companies for additional quotes. Before our install commenced we were added to a group chat message with all the people involved with the installation. Our old roof was removed and waterproofing sealed and done in one day! The new metal sheeting was cut and delivered on site and the whole installation took about two days. The workers were very respectful of our property and at each step of the way we were sent drone photos of the install from above. We were extremely satisfied with everything related to our new roof installation and GM Roofing. Our new roof looks amazing and we have received many compliments from neighbors.

They were polite, helpful, attentive at all times. Care was taken to protect the property where necessary. When the work started the team were efficient, neat, tidy and courteous. The roof was stripped of the old tiles and boards and made water tight very quickly which was a relief to start with. All rotten damaged plywood, fascia boards and soffit boards were replaced where necessary, Not only that, to our surprise the detail of progress pictures including drone footage at every stage was really quite spectacular. Then the business of laying the new metal roof was undertook in a swift and precise manner. We also had 7 x skylights replaced a-swell. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the finish was perfect. Alot of skill and care went into the finished product. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience with something like this. It really went perfectly without a hitch and we would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing their roof! Thank you GM Roofing and Rodolfo!

GM Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were very timely and kept the area around our home cleaned up each day throughout the process. Communication with their team was good so we knew what to expect each day. The job was completed on time. I would recommend them if you are in need of having your tile roof replaced.

Being recommend to contact GM Roofing for my new shingle roof, flat roof & gutter replacement was the best advice! Project Manager Franco, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, took time to answer our questions, kept us updated daily & was genuinely concerned we were happy with their work. All the crew members including Arturo & Tony did a terrific job! The area was left clean at the end of each day, and made sure to protect landscaping. The work progressed steadily, pausing only for inspection. GM Roofing provided excellent customer service in every respect and it was a very pleasant experience! We're so happy with the final results!
