Grayhawk Remodeling

I had a sliding door and bay window replaced and was worried as it was old construction and needed skilled carpenter adjusting. Can’t say enough about Mike and his assistants. True craftsmen and the end result looks fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the project and I would highly recommend their work.

After our waterfront condo was hit by a hurricane last year, Gray Hawk handled the full renovation from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

One year ago we bought a villa in Bradenton, Florida but It failed every thing on the 4-point inspection. My husband and I contacted Todd Shely at Grayhawk Remodeling on Cortez Road. With Todd’s expert guidance we began the process of making our home everything we dreamed. Grayhawk put down new flooring in both bedrooms immediately so we could move in. We then had the pleasure of getting Pedro from Grayhawk to install two new pantries, five cabinets in the laundry room, and even build a lighted cabinet in the kitchen for my Waterford crystal. Being so pleased with what Grayhawk had done, we decided to contract them for a total remodel of our two bathrooms. Everyone was so helpful in this process, from Cayla and staff at the front desk to Jason who listened to our concerns and connected us with a great project manager! Irene, our project manager, lined us up the most incredible group of crews to give us exactly what we were wanting! Irene was so helpful at keeping us informed as to what crews were coming, and when to expect the next group. That made it so easy for us to plan our day without interruption. The crews she had lined up were superb. Randy did the tear out of the two baths and multiple projects like doors and trim. We so enjoyed having him in the house. Andy came in and replaced multiple electric wiring, installed new bathroom light fixtures, an exhaust vent to the outside and two lighted medicine cabinets with defoggers. Juan did all our tile work on floors, shower floors and shower walls. Best tile work I’ve ever seen. Todd and Eric from VT Plumbing restored all the failed four-point plumbing features for us. We had a new shut off valve placed out front, new plumbing in the laundry room, beautiful stainless steel sink in the kitchen, and all the plumbing for the sink and shower in our new bathrooms! These two were so professional and respectful of our property. Dave and Bonita came in to repair drywall on walls and textured ceiling. Absolutely beautiful work. They did all the cleanup so we had nothing to worry about after they completed the job. Gian is a pleasant gentleman who was around to drop off supplies and remove trash from our carport. So helpful. After the project was complete a wonderful lady named Michal came in and photographed all the work they had done. We so enjoyed having her at the home and being able to show on photo all the projects that have made us so pleased. Todd Shely and Grayhawk did such an incredible job that we passed our final four-point inspection 100%! Thank you, Todd and all your great people for work well done! Every time Dan and I walk into our bathrooms it brings a smile to our face. We could not be more pleased! Todd Shely was fantastic! He explained everything clearly and guided me through replacing my old windows with new PGT hurricane windows. The Grayhawk crew finished a big job in just a couple of days — professional, efficient, and friendly. My home looks amazing, feels quieter, and is much more energy-efficient. Grayhawk replaced all our windows and sliding glass doors in our seventh story condo with a hurricane strength high quality product. Installation and punch out was very good. The service department was very responsive to get the last details to our satisfaction. Jobs like this are never perfect, but I would highly recommend Grayhawk as they outperformed most contractors we have ever used.
