We have installed impact windows including front door, 2 sliding doors and garage side doors. From the start to the finish the team was great. Answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and it came out beautiful. Got many compliments on the quality and finish of the product. Installation team was excellent. No mess installation. Andrew truly helped us in explaining different options, price points and answered all questions.

My project manager was Lisa Rodriguez was fantastic. She made the installation process from beginning to end seamless. Her crew of Omar, Carlos and Charlie were extremely efficient and professional at the task. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Guardian Windows & Doors completely did my wife and I home renovations for the roof, windows, & doors. Mr. Miguel coordinated an excellent job for his company. He insured us we would receive a $500 referral bonus, as we referred a friend and we did received the bonus. We were completely satisfied with his support. Although we had a inspection problem were as the SWR (secondary water resistant) did not pass inspection after the roof was completed, however, the overall job was professional completed and we will recommend their company to others.

I wish I could give zero stars. I hired this company to replace window frame in my home, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. When Miguel and his team arrived to install, they realized they had measured the rough openings incorrectly. Instead of ordering the right size, they decided to "make it work" by jamming the frames in and using an absurd amount of expanding spray foam and shims to fill the massive gaps. After the first light rain, I noticed water pooling on my interior sills. They completely skipped the flashing and the sill pan, and now I'm looking at potential mold issues in my drywall. When I called the office to complain, the manager was incredibly rude and told me the "setting" was normal. It's not settling; it's incompetence. I'm now out thousands of dollars and have to hire a real professional to rip everything out and start over. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the property damage. Don't hire these people.
