gulf coast roofing did outstanding job replacing my room. they were very efficiant with getting the permit. Communicated though the whole process. Even though the color i chose was on back order they did everything they could to get it in fast. The whole project from the initial conversation to completion took maybe 2 weeks if that. Kevin the owner and Chas were incredible to work with. They were sending me pictures and explaining everything to me for some of the repairs on the structure. Repaired all the stucco and painted everything. Looked like the walls weren't even touched afterwords. Can't say enough how happy I am with the outcome. thank you.

We used Gulf Coast for a couple of repair projects over the past 5 years on our existing roof (installed be the contractor that built the home 20 years ago). Based upon our experience with Gulf Coast during those repairs, we knew there would be no one else that we would even consult when the time came to replace the roof. That time came and we just recently replaced our original roof and couldn't be more pleased with Gulf Coast's service. A quick breakdown so we don't get long winded...... 1. They DO NOT use sub-contractors. I cannot emphasize how important that is. 2. They leave the property in perfect condition every day. A supervisor will be there to check that everything has been done right. You would never know they were there. 3. Respectful and responsive to homeowners needs and requests. 4. Excellent communication. 5. They do not, during demo, throw old tile from roof into a metal dumpster. Might not seem to be important to you but you will appreciate the care they take during the demo process. 6. Without a shadow of a doubt, we know they will be there if we ever have any problems. Kevin and his team were professional and prompt. They showed up on time and completed our roof replacement quickly and thoroughly. One of the team members also swept around our house for nails multiple times, and they were tidy with clean up. Highly recommend these guys!
