Roofing for almost a decade but this week was my first deep dive into metal training. Have worked with a couple metal companies around Jacksonville But we found a home now…Was very impressed with the products and options. Instructors were phenomenal. Jared, Paul, and Mike were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. feeling confident, ready and supported to serve local community. Thanks Gulf COAST for having some great products and great people who work for you.

Their website is very informative.. I placed my order with ease. I received notifcations keeping me informed of my delivery and delivered on time. Seamless Process. Sam (Alachua Branch) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! I definitely will order from this company AGAIN and again! I Highly recommend!

They used to be great. I still use them because they offer the widest selection of products, but I have had issues with missing/incorrect products multiple times and it's been difficult to get them corrected. They did reach out to me and offer help with the latest mix-up and I appreciate that, so I am putting one star back.

The refusal to be a decent company is astonishing to me. Even being a decent human being escapes every person at Gulf Coast Metals Alachua Fl. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Horrible, unreliable and dishonest. We will no longer give our business to Gulf Coast nor will we be recommending them to any one any more. They have mistreated us for the very last time.

**Edit - called twice, left a voicemail, no returned calls. Is there an email address? Maybe that would be easier for you? Not sure what is happening. The roofing company we used got supplies from this company. We paid for everything, in full. Now the supply company is threatening us and will not respond to our repeated emails. If you use them, avoid at all costs unless you want them threatening you with a lien for no reason AND ignoring your attempts to contact them. We were not the direct customer, but they think it's ok to threaten people's homes at a time when getting a home is next to impossible if you are not some investment company.
