Gutter Cap Jacksonville

We purchased gutters and Gutter Caps from Royal Contractors North Florida and we couldn't love them more! We set an appointment and an employee came out to measure and give us a free estimate. Once we decided on what we wanted, we set an appointment. The technicians did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, got the project done faster than estimated, cleaned up well after themselves and walked us through after the task was complete. They made sure to answer all our questions. Our gutters give our home an updated look and they've been so helpful with all the rain we've had! Neighbors ask about them and compliment them. We 1000% recommend Royal Contractors North Florida!

I had new gutters installed. The sales person was responsive to my needs. Didn't try to over sell me. The office, in terms of scheduling and color change, was easy to work with. She kept me in the know when rain delays happened. The workers were awesome. Nice guys who fixed a minor problem as soon as I brought it to their attention. They even cleaned up all of their mess before they left. VERY good experience with this company. Ive has a lot of work done at my house lately and this is by far the best company I have dealt with to date! Thank you!

The Sales Rep (R.C.) was very nice. He explained everything and was clear. He was always available if I had questions. The two workers that came out were really nice also. They were very customer focused. The gutters themselves look and function great. I did have a few issues during the first hard rain and they were able to come back out in about a week and fixed all the issues. It was not a burden for them to do so and they made me, the customer, feel appreciated. I will certainly recommend Royal Contractors to anyone who needs gutters.

Our house needed a simple fascia repair and when attempting to get any other local company to give us an estimate, or even respond, was not happening, Royal Contractors provided the service, and quick! Even during peak season here, they kept us in the loop of our repair time and when they came out and finished, it was absolutely no hassle and fast repair. I was extremely disappointed with the other companies that basically just ignored the fact that our attic was completely exposed, but Royal Contractors got the job done.

Update on July 9, 2020: This afternoon, totally unannounced, a two-man crew showed-up at my house and fixed the issue with my gutters. This was 8 days after the second scheduled appointment No-Show, but at least they did come and were able to fix it in a matter of minutes! So I am upping my rating to 3 Stars. They departed as as soon as they finished, without presenting me with any bill. The original gutter installation that they fixed was done 3 years ago, so I never requested or even asked if it would be covered under warranty. But perhaps they just gave me a complimentary warranty repair? Of course, I would have gladly paid a reasonable repair charge in return for not being stood-up two times. Still, upping the rating to 3 Stars feels appropriate. Original Review: If you schedule a gutter service appointment with this company, expect a No Show! Twice I made service service appointments for minor repair of gutter work that this company originally installed on my house 3 years ago. That work was done under the corporate name of Gutter Cap Florida, although they have apparently recently changed their corporate name to Royal Contractors. Both times the service appointment was scheduled far in advance - over 3 weeks in advance - for the convenience of the company, as they were not expecting to be "working in my area" until that future date. Both times, nobody showed and nobody called to say that they would not be able to make the appointment. The first time could have been a one-off scheduling mistake, and that is what they claimed when I called about the first No Show. But after the second time, it is obvious that they are just jerking me around and don't have the courtesy to just say that they don't want to spend their time on a rather small repair job such as mine. There won't be a third time. As the saying goes, "fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me."
