We're to start everyone at G&W went above and beyond on our new roof install. We went with G&W because of there years in business plus they came highly recommended from a previous builder that we had worked with. From our first conversation with Ray to get pricing, to multiple calls and emails getting exactly what we wanted. Then Michael and his crew came in and did an unbelievable job installing our new 24 gauge standing seam metal roof something that should last 30 to 40 years with all the extras that were put into the build. You know you've done the right thing when neighbors stop to say what a beautiful roof you've installed. Thank you again,

From start to finish the job went perfect! Amazed at how the crew got our roof done in two days. The quality of workmanship right to the end of the job with complete clean up of the yard and all nails and debris removed. We had three quotes done using the same Owing Corning Duration Shingles and Rhino Peel & Stick underlayment. G&W came in at the best price and warranty! Very happy with our roof and it was nice to hear the building inspector say he has had no problems with the quality of work G&W does when he signed off on the dry in and final inspections.

G&S installed gutters on the back of our house and I previously gave them an excellent rating for their work and professionalism. Fast forward to our first big rain last week. One downspout is too short and flooding that area. We called to have them come and extend out to the grass. Gerald came out and gave a $300 price to extend and denied they ever did the work in the first place. So disappointed that’s how they do business now. They responded with a thank you to the positive review still on this site. I guess we should have been more careful about paying in cash.

I'm visiting my brothers house in New Smyrna Beach and shocked to see that he has pieces of his new metal roof falling off his house! He told me when he reached out to the Installer G&W they said it was not their problem to fix! how is this possible on a roof that's 1-2 years old that he paid nearly $30K for!! The Owner said he would charge $4K to come back and fix this. We will get the State inspectors involved and fight this to get it fixed. If I saw this and my contractors installed this I would just fix it and do the right thing. Obviously G&W dont want to do the right thing and put it right, to save themselves $$$ Shows their character!! I would not recommend dealing with roofers who dont fix their mistakes.
