This company is responsive — they always answer the phone, provide a quote, and complete the job. However, the reason for the 1-star review is the quality of their work. After a full re-roof, the roof began leaking almost immediately. They’ve had to return multiple times — nearly 20 visits — to try and fix the same issue, but the problem persists. Another concern is that they often blame previous roofers for the issues, yet their own work has proven to be just as problematic. While I appreciate their willingness to come back and attempt to resolve the problem, the repeated poor-quality repairs are frustrating and unacceptable.
