His & Hers Roofing have been amazing! They’re helping my mother in law with a claim when she’s been previously denied and they make us feel that we are in great hands. The customer service has been excellent. They go above and beyond and came to tarp our roof after hours to ensure we don’t get further water damage. They sent multiple people to take are of it asap and continue to take care of our needs through this process.

I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair and transparent estimate.

Do not use this company. They replaced my roof and left the dryer vent duct disconnected from the exterior vent- this led to lint and hot air blowing directly into the attic. We later discovered this and were told this is a serious fire hazard- absolutely negligent on the part of His and Hers. We told them about it and they sent an employee to assess it; he immediately identified that it was a significant safety hazard and that it should be fixed immediately and never should have passed the final inspection. Later a supervisor called and informed us that they refused to do anything to remedy the situation and only made excuses (“we subcontract to different teams so we’re not able to back charge them to fix it,” “most dryer vents don’t vent through the roof so the installers probably didn’t notice it or know how to do it properly,” “we’re confident it wasn’t intentional, just overlooked,” etc.), but were adamant they would not do anything to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous way to operate a business and it’s so concerning that consumers entrust (who they believe to be) professionals to leave the project they complete in a correct and safe condition, yet projects are left as a hazard. Additionally, it has been 2 years since our roof was replaced and we are still finding roofing nails in our yard- our entire property was littered with them after the roof was completed and they ended up in our car tires, feet, and lawn equipment. Also, soon after our roof was replaced, we noticed that rain was pouring in between the roof and gutters. We had a gutter company come out and told us that when the roof was replaced it was not properly reconnected to the gutters, so we had to pay to have them fixed. Horrible experience with this company and I would avoid them at all costs. We also will be reporting them to the BBB.
