Super Company that does a Super job. I have had to rooves replaced on 2 homes by Holt Professional. The owner is up on the roof with the crew. From what I understand they do 1 roof at the time and move to the next so all resources are focused on your job. They take a little time to get you a quote because they are busy but just remember in this case - good things come to people that wait. They are well worth it.

Holt professional installed a metal roof to our house in 2019 (before we bought it). The house has 4 skylights. We have recently learned that the skylights were retrofitted and they do not work with the roof. They leek and we are now facing the reality of needing to replace both the roof and the skylights. The roof is 5 years old and we need to replace it! No customer service, they decline our calls and deny any responsibility, they literally will not answer our calls. Please do not purchase a roof from them because they provide no service or warranty and will install incorrect product.

Worst kind of people in the world. They installed a metal roof to my house which started to leak after less than a year after the install. After multiple calls to get help, they actually blocked my number and did not respond at all. My friends realtor was able to force them to contact me as a part of another sale and managed to get them to contact us and get it patched. Now it has started to leak like before them. Why are these scammers allowed to work?

Holt installed my roof in 2014 right before I bought the house, and it began to leak in 2020 because he did such a poor job on a difficult corner. When I called to report the leak, the 5-year warranty had of course expired (who gives a 5-year on a brand new roof!), so he gave me a quote for repairs. When I exclaimed over how high his quote was, he lowered it slightly but it was still the highest bid I got. The repairs were done by another roofer for half Holt's quote. I would never hire Holt again! The original repairs didn't fix the actual problem, which is why I'm writing now. It galls me that I will again have to hire someone to repair what should already be working. Update 2022--Well, the roof did indeed leak, and at a time of intense storms. Cost me $3500. Turns out Holt did not line the valleys, (nor did he replace the old fascia boards) so at some point all of them will leak and I will need a new roof.

Had several roofs done with Holt. The quality of work definitely dipped the more work we did with them. The other issue is that they aren't responsive to calls, texts, and emails-- it takes me a full month to hear back anything. We had a roof done in Hawthorne. The flashing around the chimney was done incorrectly so there was a substantial leak. We just had a mold assessment done and due to that leak, there is mold now in the house. We had a roof done in Gainesville. They never finished installing the soffit. They said they'd come back to do it and they never did. I've been contacting them consistently. They said they'd go by and fix it, but that hasn't happened. I already paid in full for that roof. In short-- HIGHLY dissatisfied.
