I had a fantastic experience with Hugo's Roof Repair & Remodeling LLC. From the very first phone call on Thursday, Hugo and his team were incredibly professional. Hugo came the same day to assess the issue, provided a detailed estimate, and scheduled the repair promptly for Monday morning after I accepted the proposal on Friday. Throughout the process, Hugo and his team were punctual, efficient, and thorough. They did an excellent job replacing the decayed wood on my front porch, installing new underlayment, and laying new shingles. They also fixed the leaking flashing over the shed on the side of my house. The entire job was completed in one morning, and they were careful not to damage my freshly painted sidewalk. What stood out the most was their attention to detail—Hugo sent me photos documenting the whole process, from before, during, to after the work was done. I truly appreciated that level of transparency and professionalism. I highly recommend Hugo and his team for any roof repair or remodeling needs!

Hugo and his team repaired a leaking roof, resurface, and filled cracks around the pool AND did a new side walk on half of the pool. I'm extremely happy and sastified with their performance and labor. The roof was just a small leak that could have worsen if it was not repaired correctly and the pool was simple terrible but it looks like it's a brand new pool. They are respectful, responsible and reliable. Thank you for the amazing job!
